Able to determine project scope and key deliverables, setting project expectations; developing and managing project plans e.g., identification of user requirements, analysis and design, buy / proposals, contract negotiations, risk assessment, specification development, and implementation, installation, configuration, testing, training, documentation, policy and procedure development, issue resolution, and go-live customer support.
Project Management
I am experienced with many Project Management methodologies, such as SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall, Scrum, and Agile. I am also well versed in the complete MS Suite of products, such as MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as Clarity or ServiceNow.
Program Management
As Director of Program Management at Mail.Com, I managed the Program Management office, developing strategic direction, prioritizing programs, conducting comprehensive program reviews, and mentoring Project Management staff.
Education
I have taught the PMI, 35 hour, PMP pre-certification course. Mentoring and coaching peer project managers in their quest to achieve the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
